Hydraulic test stands brief introduction:
YST380 hydraulic test stands are used for checking and proofreading products that include hydraulic pump, hydraulic motor, hydraulic cylinder and valve. It also can conduct hydraulic system's breakdown diagnosis. These products are researched and produced by ourselves, so we could customize according to customers' needs.
Hydraulic test stand is divided into five varieties: hydraulic pump test stand, hydraulic motor test stand, hydraulic valve test stand and hydraulic cylinder test stand and comprehensive test stand. This series of test stand has designed various configuration, for example: proportional control system, digital display system, variable frequency speed regulation system and computer measurement and control system etc. The user can select it according to your need.

1). Displacement checking testing : No-load Pressure,determination of displacement.
2). Volumetric Efficiency/Total Efficiency Testing: Under the rated conditions,test volumetric efficiency and total efficiency.
3). Overload Testing: Max.displacement,Nominal Speed,125% of the rated pressure, or max. pressure operation more than 1 minute
4). External Leakage: in the above testing, Check the leakage of sealing parts.
